Norm Reeves is seeking an experienced Finance Director to lead our Finance and Insurance (F&I) operations at our Irving, TX campus, which includes Hyundai / Genesis and Mazda dealerships. This leader will drive profitability while ensuring compliance and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

The Finance Director oversees the dealership’s finance and insurance department, ensuring all transactions are completed accurately, ethically, and in compliance with state and federal regulations. This leader manages finance managers, works closely with sales and service teams, and maintains strong relationships with lenders and financial partners to maximize dealership performance.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead, train, and manage the finance department team, ensuring consistent performance and professional growth.
• Structure deals for maximum profitability while maintaining compliance with manufacturer, lender, and legal guidelines.
• Maintain strong relationships with lenders and financial institutions to secure the best financing options for customers.
• Monitor and achieve finance department performance goals (PVR, product penetration, CSI scores, etc.).
• Ensure full compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including Truth in Lending, Privacy, and Fair Credit Reporting.
• Oversee submission of deals and timely funding of contracts.
• Collaborate with the sales team to support deal structuring and improve closing ratios.
• Evaluate and implement finance and insurance products to meet customer needs and dealership goals.
• Develop and enforce F&I processes that deliver an exceptional customer experience and protect the dealership.
• Report key performance metrics to senior management.
