Job Title : Concrete Quality Control Technician

The Quality Control Technician plays a crucial role in maintaining business integrity by ensuring that quality products are produced daily to meet customer expectations. This role involves working closely with the Plant Engineer, Sales, and Production teams by conducting inspections and testing throughout the production process.

Responsibilities

• Perform Pre-Pour inspections on products before pouring, including checking reinforcing, insert, and hole locations.
• Conduct Post-Pour inspections to ensure products are ready for the customer.
• Act as a representative for the customer within the factory.
• Test concrete and raw materials as required.
• Lead Quality Control meetings and follow up on corrective actions.
• Organize all quality control documentation.
• Coordinate with the production team on schedule changes and errors.
• Assist in conducting Quality Assurance audits.
• Train plant employees on concrete technology and Quality Control requirements.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $25.00 / hr.
