job_description.job_card.job_descriptionExperience in a sophisticated law firm environment managing complex energy and natural resources transactional work (M&A, project development and commercial agreements). Experience with renewable energy transactional work (M&A, joint ventures, build-transfer agreements, commercial agreements such as PPAs, O&M Agreements, Shared Facilities Agreements, and procurement contracts for equipment and materials). Experience with engineering, procurement and construction contracts for renewable energy generating facilities is advantageous but not a requirement. Experience with financing transactions in the energy and natural resources sector is advantageous but not a requirement. Experience in oil and gas is plus, but not a requirement. Excellent interpersonal skills, strong work ethic and the ability to manage multiple priorities and assume a high degree of responsibility. Need State bar License. Manage complex energy and natural resources transactional work including M&A, project development, and commercial agreements.
