The IT Vendor Manager is responsible for developing and managing relationships with key IT vendors and suppliers. Information Technology Vendor Management (ITVM) will create a clear set of documented objectives for their organization around IT vendor risk, relationship, contract, and performance management. This role involves managing vendor relationships in partnership with internal stakeholders, ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs), and driving vendor performance to meet the organization's strategic goals. The IT Vendor Manager plays a critical role in optimizing vendor partnerships to enhance IT service delivery and support organizational growth.

• Act as the primary point of contact between the organization and key IT vendors.
• Foster collaboration and communication between internal stakeholders and vendors.
