Overview

JOB SPECIFICS

• In a dyad leadership structure, responsible for monitoring and improving the level of care for patients.
• Managing Medical Directors are responsible for participant care, clinical outcomes, and the implementation and oversight of quality assessment, performance improvement, and performance management.
• Medical directors will work closely with the Chief Medical Officer (CMO), quality leadership, and other executive management teams to implement strategies that enhance patient care and improve medical practice.
• This role is a blend of clinical expertise, leadership, and operations planning, essential for driving the success of healthcare operations.
