What You'll Do

• Serve as day-to-day project manager for policy-focused accounts and large, integrated accounts, under supervision of account lead.
• Deeply understand clients' expectations and partner with account lead to ensure all deliverables meet client standards. Ensure client feedback is captured, understood, and addressed.
• Manage project advancement by maintaining project trackers, coordinating internal teams to ensure projects / deliverables are progressing and deadlines are met.
• Partner with functional area-experts within the agency in support of coordinated projects.
• Develop presentations, written materials, and other internal / external communications that meet client objectives in the current health policy environment.
• May supervise Account Associates and Account Managers to ensure they have the information and resources to perform assignments. Provide mentorship and support for career progression and performance.
• Lead project financial management by supervising the team's budget, billing, and billable hours. Support invoicing and activity reports.

What You Should Have

Pay Range

$70,000-$85,000

This is the pay range Real Chemistry believes it will pay for this position at the time of posting. Compensation will be determined based on job-related, non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, skills, certifications, and geographical location.
