A company is looking for a Remote Customer Service Representative (Work From Home).
Key Responsibilities :
Handle inbound calls regarding claims and assist clients with claims processing
Provide Tier 1 / Tier 2 support and manage client data accurately
Participate in training sessions and adhere to operational procedures
Required Qualifications :
Bilingual (English / Spanish) is a must
Authorized to work in the U.S. and able to pass a background check
Reliable Windows 11 computer with a working camera
Previous call center or customer service experience preferred but not required
Proficient data entry skills
