The Assistant Division Service Manager (ADSM) performs service department activities by helping dealers improve their customer support and field service team management for the assigned district. A critical focus is coaching the Field Service Manager (FSM) district team's collective and individual ability to support innovation, growth, and product quality improvement as well as to be the voice for the customer and dealer within Kubota.

What Winning Looks Like

• Oversee and mentor a remote team of 5 Field Service Managers (FSM) to achieve both individual and team objectives.
• Build and foster strong partnerships with the local dealer of choice with a constant focus on improving the dealer network.
• Support FSM team in their day-to-day dealer engagements and with data using software such as Salesforce, Power BI, Google apps, and Microsoft Office suite.
• Regularly travel alongside FSM team members to develop dealers and coach FSMs.
• Provide leadership and analysis to elevate the team and dealer group with brainstorming approaches to identify proactive service solutions, and increase customer satisfaction index (CSI) and net promoter scores (NPS) in aftersales support, while achieving a profitable business model.

ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS :

EDUCATION, CERTIFICATIONS, AND TRAINING :

Bachelor's Degree + 8 Years of dealer operations experience or associates or vocational tech school and 15+ years related experience in an industrial or related field.

PREFERRED BUT NOT REQUIRED :

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS :

Typical office environment. The position will require walking, standing and sitting at a computer. The ADSM must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. The position will require walking, standing, driving and sitting at a computer.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION :

Performance of the duties of this job will expose the person to potential hazards including, noise, chemicals, paints, fuels, dust, heat, moving parts and operation of mechanical or electrical equipment. Expected travel is 60%.
