job_description.job_card.job_description10+ years of commercial construction experience Proven success delivering $100M+ projects as the lead field executive Deep knowledge of MEP systems, commissioning, and critical infrastructure coordination Exceptional leadership and communication skills Skilled in project planning, risk mitigation, and real-time problem solving Proficient in Procore, Bluebeam, and scheduling software (e.g., Primavera / MS Project) OSHA 30 certification required Experience with hyperscale clients (Meta, AWS, Microsoft, Google, etc.) Strong background managing high-performance teams on fast-track projects Willing and able to be on-site full-time in Indianapolis for the duration of this long-term build

A nationally ranked general contractor is hiring a proven Superintendent to lead the field execution of a flagship hyperscale data center project in Indianapolis. This long-term, high-impact role is ideal for a senior-level leader with deep experience in mission-critical construction and fast-paced, high-complexity environments.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead all site-level construction activities from groundbreaking to commissioning
- Direct field teams, foremen, and subcontractors across all disciplines
- Manage scheduling, logistics, and execution of structural, architectural, and MEP scopes
- Enforce jobsite safety, quality, and adherence to hyperscale client standards
- Serve as the primary site lead and point of contact for owners, consultants, and trade partners
- Oversee inspections, documentation, progress reporting, and issue resolution
- Collaborate with project management and commissioning teams to ensure project milestones and turnover targets are met
- Mentor junior superintendents and field engineers
