Product Apparel Developer, Assistant Coppell, TX

About The Role

We're looking for a hands-on and detail-oriented Product Apparel Assistant Developer to join our team in Coppell, TX. This position supports the Product Development and Technical Design teams throughout the product lifecycle—from design handoff through final production. You'll help prepare tech packs, assist in fit sessions, manage sample tracking, and communicate with our overseas vendors to ensure our products meet design intent, quality, and delivery goals.

What You'll Do

• Support Product Development and Technical Design teams in creating and updating tech packs
• Record garment measurements and update spec sheets
• Prepare samples and take detailed notes during fit sessions
• Communicate fit comments and updates through our PLM system
• Track sample and trim submissions to keep development schedules on track
• Assist with distributing approved samples to internal teams such as Marketing and Sales
• Support the design team with sketches, color standards, and seasonal development samples
