About the Company

The Scheduling Coordinator is a key role in facilitating the assignment of notaries. This role and process spans the service lifecycle acting as the facilitator between the signing agents, schedulers, and our clients at both a strategic and tactical level.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will be a multi-tasker who has a background in customer service. They should be comfortable making outbound calls to notaries and negotiating rates when necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitating the assignment of notaries.
  • Acting as the facilitator between signing agents, schedulers, and clients.
  • Managing the service lifecycle.

Qualifications

  • 1+ year of customer service experience.

    • Required Skills

  • Microsoft Teams and Outlook.

    • Preferred Skills

  • Communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to multitask.

    • Pay range and compensation package

    Hourly pay rate for this role is $18 / hr.
