DataAnnotation is hiring : Web Developer in Lincoln

Overview Web Developer role at DataAnnotation. You will train AI models by measuring progress of AI chatbots, evaluating their logic, and solving problems to improve model quality. Proficiency in at least one programming language is required to solve coding problems similar to LeetCode or HackerRank and to explain your solutions.

Responsibilities Give AI chatbots coding challenges and evaluate their outputs

Evaluate the quality produced by AI models for correctness and performance

Qualifications Fluency in English (native or bilingual level)

Detail-oriented

Experience with algorithms, data structures, and debugging workflows

A current, in progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required

Requirements Proficiency in Python and / or JavaScript is expected. Role requires proficiency in at least one programming language (JavaScript, Python, C#, C++, HTML, SQL, or Swift) to solve coding problems and explain solutions.
