HR Coordinator - Temporary

Base Compensation Range : $25 / hour $35 / hour, depending on experience
This position supports our SDC business. Sterilization and Disinfection Control division manufactures and sells biological and chemical indicators that assess the effectiveness of sterilization and disinfection processes for pharmaceutical, healthcare, and dental industries.
Duties / Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS system (UKG)
- Process new hire paperwork and data entry
- Update employee information including promotions, transfers, and status changes
- Maintain filing systems (electronic) and ensure data integrity
Administrative Support
Prepare HR correspondence, memos, and documentationTransform our physical personnel files to electronic filesCoordinate onboarding activities and orientationsMaintain compliance documentation and training recordsSupport employee communication initiativesSchedule interviews and meetings as neededOnsite HR Support
Serve as first point of contact for employee questionsAssist managers with basic HR policy interpretationSupport disciplinary meetings and documentationHelp coordinate safety training and compliance activitiesEscalate complex issues to senior HR staffProvide backup coverage for HR generalist functionsRequired Qualifications
Associate's degree or equivalent work experience1-2 years of HR administrative or data entry experienceProficiency with HRIS systems (UKG, CultureAmp, ADP, etc.)Advanced Microsoft Excel skillsStrong attention to detail and accuracyExcellent written and verbal communicationAbility to handle confidential information with discretionManufacturing or industrial environment experience preferredPreferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fieldSHRM-CP or PHR certificationKnowledge of Montana employment lawManufacturing safety and compliance backgroundWork Environment
