TikTok Shop - Strategy & Analytic Business Partner, Creator
Responsibilities
The global eCommerce US operation team aims to deliver high quality products together with a unique customer experience via TikTok. The role is responsible for building the TikTok Ecommerce partnership for the TikTok e-commerce business in the US. With more than 1 billion loyal users globally, we believe TikTok is an ideal platform to deliver a brand new and better e-commerce experience to our users. We are looking for passionate and talented people to join us to build an e-commerce ecosystem that is innovative, secure and intuitive for our users together.
Analyze and break down overall and sub-dimensional goals for the top creator business in the US, design KPIs to track success, align with stakeholders, and iterate to optimize performance; conduct daily tracking and on-demand analysis to proactively drive growth.
Develop and optimize dashboard tools to monitor key metrics and provide real-time insights; use indicators to guide decision-making and offer recommendations to improve strategies as needed.
Oversee resource management for the top creator business, including budget allocation, ROI analysis, and policy review for cost expenditures; regularly track performance to meet ROI targets and develop optimization strategies.
Analyze product attributes and data performance daily to refine strategies, drive sales growth, improve conversion rates and GMV, and foster influencer retention and growth.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
5+ years of experience in e-commerce operations, business strategy, or creator / content management, focusing on growth through influencer / creator partnerships.
Proven ability to analyze business metrics, build KPIs, and provide actionable insights to drive performance and growth.
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify granular issues proactively.
Experience in business analysis or resource management across pan-transactional platforms and cross-border or content-driven e-commerce analysis.
High resilience under pressure, proactive initiative, and excellent communication skills.
Familiarity with TikTok’s platform, trends, and influencer ecosystem.
Proficiency with dashboard tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Tableau, Google Analytics, Power BI).
