About the team

The global eCommerce US operation team aims to deliver high quality products together with a unique customer experience via TikTok. The role is responsible for building the TikTok Ecommerce partnership for the TikTok e-commerce business in the US. With more than 1 billion loyal users globally, we believe TikTok is an ideal platform to deliver a brand new and better e-commerce experience to our users. Responsibilities

• Analyze and break down overall and sub-dimensional goals for the top creator business in the US, designing key performance indicators (KPIs) to track success. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to align on objectives, iterating regularly to optimize performance. Conduct daily tracking and on-demand analysis to proactively drive business growth and development.
• Develop and optimize dashboard tools to monitor key metrics and provide real-time insights into business performance. Utilize these indicators to guide decision-making, offering recommendations to improve and correct business strategies as needed.
• Oversee resource management for the top creator business, including budget allocation, ROI analysis, and policy review for cost expenditures. Regularly track performance to ensure ROI targets are met and develop strategies for optimization based on findings.
• Analyze product attributes and daily data performance to refine strategies and optimize influencer-product match success. Focus on driving sales growth, improving conversion rates, GMV performance, and fostering influencer retention and growth.

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (Annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $88,920 - $191,330 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses / incentives, and restricted stock units. Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short‑term and long‑term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
