Schedule :
Monday–Friday, 8 : 30 am–5 : 00 pm. In‑person in Orlando with occasional travel to Tampa (1–2 times per month).
Position Summary :
The Marketing and Communications Coordinator provides essential support to Quest’s Marketing and Communications team. This entry‑level role assists with projects including coordination of printed collateral, administrative tasks, email, writing, design, and social media. The position is on‑site with the potential to become hybrid after a 90‑day review.
Responsibilities :
Coordinate with vendors and oversee inventory for printed collateral, apparel, and promotional items.
Visit Quest locations in Orlando and Tampa to ensure marketing collateral is maintained and develop professional relationships with program staff.
Support departmental administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Assist with the creation and distribution of newsletters and email campaigns.
Write and edit content for blogs, newsletters, and internal communications.
Support the design of flyers, graphics, and other marketing materials.
Provide support for photography and video requests.
Edit and update website content.
Support social media, including content creation, captions, and engagement.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
Two years or more of relevant work experience (including internships).
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
Experience with design for print and electronic media.
Experience with social media and website content management.
Experience with Mailchimp or other email marketing tools.
Knowledge of AP style.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to visit Quest locations as needed.
