IT Infrastructure Intern

Description

We are seeking a motivated and eager IT Infrastructure Intern to assist our IT team in maintaining and enhancing our company's infrastructure. This role offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment, providing opportunities to learn about network administration, hardware / software troubleshooting, and system maintenance.

Re sponsibilities :

• Technical Support : Provide basic technical support to end-users, addressing hardware and software issues, and escalating complex problems to senior staff.
• Infrastructure Maintenance : Assist in the maintenance of computer hardware, software, and peripherals, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Troubleshooting : Assist in troubleshooting hardware and software problems, following established procedures and documenting solutions.
• Documentation : Assist in updating and maintaining IT documentation, including procedures, configurations, and user guides.
• Project Support : Assist with IT projects, including hardware deployments, software installations, and system upgrades.
• Research and Learning : Stay current with industry trends and technologies.
• Networking : Assist with basic network tasks, such as cable management and device configuration.
