This position involves overseeing safety considerations for a solar construction project at a plant in Ontario, CA. The role requires managing safety protocols and ensuring subcontractors adhere to safety guidelines, while providing daily on-site oversight and serving as the main point of communication between the company and the client.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site safety considerations daily.
• Ensure all subcontractors adhere to safety guidelines.
• Manage daily safety and QA / QC reporting.
• Act as the liaison between the company and the client.
• Conduct daily safety meetings.
• Provide regular communication on project progress.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
