Provides confidential administrative support to the Quality Assurance Manager and Auditors. Assists in general daily departmental functions including : data entry of all QA audits, preparation and distribution of QA weekly reports, monitoring of daily audit production, tracking of auditor attendance, preparing daily auditor assignments, training / instructing auditors in audit processes, point person for audit issues, monitoring / maintaining QA Department equipment / supplies.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :

Data Entry of all Quality Assurance audit results; maintains all data entry applications including QA Data Base, Excel spreadsheets. Ensures integrity of data. Troubleshoots / communicates issues to QA Manager / Systems Analysis. Prepares weekly QA Reports for Managers review. Distributes QA Reports.

Monitors daily audit production : Prepares daily auditor assignments. Adjust auditor assignments as necessary to accomplish defined audit goals.

Trains / instructs auditors in audit processes; thoroughly understands all audit procedures. Remains up to date on all procedure changes / new audit processes. Trains auditors to audit processes. Advises QA Manager of auditor non-compliance / failure to follow procedures / inability to perform audits. Participates in weekly QA Conference call. Makes recommendations for audit improvements.

Point Person for Operations Management : In collaboration with QA Manager, answers questions / provides feedback concerning audit results, audit challenges. Informs QA Manager of all unresolved issues.

Monitors / Maintains QA Department equipment / supplies; ensures security of QA portable PCs, desk top PCs, RF devices, camera. Manages repair request, follow-up to guarantee equipment / resources are available for auditor use. Orders supplies as necessary.

Assists in special projects and other duties as assigned.

Pay Details : $16.50 to $19.50 per hour
