Workday HCM Solution Architect

This position requires a highly skilled Workday Subject Matter Expert (SME) to lead the design, implementation, and support of Workday HCM solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in Workday configurations, integrations, and reporting, as well as a strong understanding of HR business processes and industry best practices.

What the day will look like

• Serve as a technical authority on Workday HCM, including core HR, benefits, payroll, and talent modules.
• Design, develop, and implement complex Workday configurations, integrations, and reports to meet business requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Workday, including data quality, performance, and security.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Workday features and functionalities.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain detailed technical design documents, including data mapping, integration flows, and configuration specifications.
• Lead the technical aspects of Workday projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.
• Analyze and optimize existing HR processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Design and implement new Workday workflows to automate manual tasks and streamline operations.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and finance, to ensure successful project delivery.
• Mentor and train team members on Workday best practices.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

Pay Transparency Laws :

The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $126,000 to $180,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location.

This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon's annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
