Advanced Electrical Engineer

Responsibilities :
- Design and analyze analog, digital, and mixed-signal circuits, including circuit card assemblies.
- Support high-voltage regulator design, ensuring adherence to electrical safety and design rules.
- Conduct signal integrity (SI) and power integrity (PI) analysis using tools like HyperLynx and LTSpice.
- Develop and test digital backplanes (e.g., 3U VPX) compliant with VITA / SOSA standards.
- Participate in R&D efforts, including prototyping and modeling of innovative solutions.
- Contribute to system integration and test activities, including troubleshooting and design iteration.
Qualifications :
U.S. Citizenship is required by Federal LawBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related STEM field (Master's preferred).5+ years of relevant experience (or 3+ years with a Master's degree).Active DoD Secret Clearance required at time of hire.Proficient in circuit card design, mixed-signal analysis, and electronic architecture design.Hands-on experience with test, debugging, and component selection.Familiarity with VITA / SOSA standards, digital backplane design, and R&D environments.On-site work and occasional travel may be required depending on project needs.Moseley Technical Services, Inc. is an AA / EEO / Veterans / Disabled Employer.
