The Role
Were looking for a passionate and driven Sales SME Team Manager to lead our inbound and SME (SmallMedium Enterprise) sales function. This role is all about driving performance, enablement, and consistent execution across a growing team of inbound and SME sales representatives (~8 team members).
Youll be responsible for developing the teams capability, implementing data-driven sales processes, and ensuring a world-class buyer experience that converts inbound interest into long-term customer relationships. Over time, the scope of this role will expand to include leadership and enablement across our senior strategic account team, as the SME function matures.
