Fleet Coordinator - Temporary Position

Temporary Position : Fleet Coordinator. Sunstate Equipment Co. : Where Safety and People are Core Values! Hiring Immediately; Pay dependent on experience; PAID WEEKLY! Typical Schedule : Monday – Friday (40-45 Hrs. / Wk.). Note on Temporary Status : This position is currently classified as temporary, with an expected duration of approximately 6 months. Temporary assignment duration may be extended or reduced by business need. Temporary employees may not be eligible for certain benefits offered to regular full-time employees.

What You'll Be Doing

• Contacting vendors to get status of Purchase Orders that will be arriving in the next 90 days
• Issue Purchase Orders for new equipment purposes
• Maintain equipment documentation (i.e. equipment numbers) upon receipt by branch
• Provide support to booking logistics for shipping
• Assist in non-rental fleet compliance and documentation maintenance
• Work with Accounts Payable to resolve invoicing issues
• Create sales & release documentation
• Coordinate consolidation and de-fleeting of units with regional operations
• Provide ad hoc support and reporting across other areas within the department
• Additional duties as assigned
