POSITION SUMMARY
Manages the project planning, procurement and scheduling of corporate installation projects. Ensures projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to our high-quality standards. Leads on-site crews, coordinates subcontractors and vendors, and serves as the primary on-site contact for internal and external partners.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Leads and manages construction of corporate installation projects at sites nationwide.Oversees all phases of project execution from site preparation through final inspection.Coordinates project schedules, workforce assignments, equipment, and materials to ensure timely completion.Manages subcontractors, ensuring work is completed to scope, schedule, and budget.Supervises and supports site crews, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and company standards.Conducts on-site problem-solving to address construction challenges and adapt plans as needed.Maintains regular communication with product development, engineers, and clients regarding progress, issues, and changes.Signs off on the final installation, with inspections and walk throughs.Ensures site safety compliance with OSHA standards and company policies.ATTRIBUTES

10+ years’ experience working in construction management, including being onsite in the field for installation / constructionMust meet all qualifications to serve as the company’s Responsible Managing Employee (RME) and successfully pass the applicable state licensing examinationMaintain active compliance with all licensing board requirements to hold and renew the RME designationPossess and maintain a valid driver’s license with an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) in accordance with company and insurance requirements.Must be able to drive and rent vehicles for business purposes as needed; must hold a valid driver's licenseBachelor’s degree in C onstruction Management , Engineering , Architecture , or a related field required.Proven experience as a Construction Manager, Site Supervisor, or similar role, preferably in outdoor construction or specialty structuresStrong understanding of construction processes, materials, and equipment.Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.Working knowledge of safety standards and regulations (OSHA certification preferred).Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Certified Playground Safety Inspector (CPSI) certified. To be completed within first 2 years of employment.Strong knowledge of construction laws, codes, and permitting processes .Demonstrated experience in project management , team leadership , and contract compliance preferred.Plumbing and electrical experience preferred.Work Conditions and Travel Requirements
Ability to work in diverse outdoor locations and weather conditionsMust be able to travel up to 50% of the time.Ability to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends
