Ocean Spray is looking for a creative, collaborative, and detail-oriented Maintenance Planner in Kenosha, WI!

The Maintenance Planner is responsible for planning, scheduling, auditing, and coordinating maintenance related work activities for the entire facility. The Maintenance Planner also administers all activities involved with the scheduling of maintenance and / or the scheduling of equipment modifications.

A Day in the Life of a

• Maintenance Planner :
• Develop PM requirements and schedules, which also include the development of job plans.
• Develop and publish the results of maintenance metrics.
• Ensure application of a standard maintenance planning process for shutdowns.
• Ensure job plan standards are developed for PM’s and repetitive tasks such as rebuilds, overhauls and time change replacements.
• Evaluate work orders; establish job duration, skill assessment, and part requirements.
• Establish equipment / asset numbers for new equipment in accordance with established procedures.
• Ensure work order and equipment history documentation is complete.
• Leverage the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) to ensure relevant and accurate information is available for monitoring of / use in plant maintenance activities. Provides training in CMMS as necessary.
• Perform other miscellaneous duties / projects as assigned.
