We’re seeking a motivated Entry-Level Marketing Associate to join our team and play a key role in planning and executing client events. This position is perfect for energetic, detail-oriented individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about event management, marketing, and client engagement .
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing client events , ensuring all details align with goals and expectations
- Communicate with clients to gather information, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction
- Support event logistics , including setup, breakdown, scheduling, and staffing
- Provide on-site event support , including guest registration, activity coordination, and troubleshooting
- Collaborate with internal teams in marketing, design, and production for seamless event execution
- Collect feedback from clients, attendees, and team members to improve future events
- Assist in preparing post-event reports and performance insights
