Salary : $110,000 - $130,000

Position Summary :

The Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing all maintenance activities within the food manufacturing facility to ensure equipment reliability, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency. This role leads a team of technicians and works cross-functionally with production, quality, and safety departments to support continuous improvement and minimize downtime.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Lead, train, and supervise maintenance technicians and contractors.
• Ensure all equipment and systems comply with food safety and regulatory standards (e.g., FDA, USDA, OSHA).
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and automation issues.
• Manage spare parts inventory and maintenance budget.
• Coordinate with production teams to schedule maintenance with minimal disruption.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs.
• Support capital projects, equipment installations, and facility upgrades.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment performance and reduce costs.
