Senior Attorney

Modern Family Law is growing, and we are looking for talented attorneys to join our team!  We are currently offering a $25,000 signing bonus!

Limited time guaranteed hours during ramp up : Base salary plus a guaranteed commission of  $8,640 per month  for the first three months during the onboarding period. After this ramp-up phase, your commissions will be tied to meeting a  monthly billable goal of 120 hours.

Modern Family Law, a rapidly expanding national law firm specializing in Family Law, is seeking a Remote Family Law Senior Attorney to join our  San Antonio, TX Office  (remote but must reside near San Antonio to attend hearings or meet with clients in the office).

Compensation : $110,000 - $220,000 annually.  The range presented is a reliable estimate of the base salary plus potential commissions based on billable hours and collections that this individual is expected to receive . Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, location, billable hour expectations, and other job-related factors as permitted by law.
