Stay informed about all club services, programs, and products. Service and Hospitality : Enhance member experiences through personal interaction. Create and coach personalized programs for in-person and virtual clients. Maintain a safe and organized fitness floor during your shifts. Professional Development : Engage in one-on-one or team meetings with management. Current Personal Training certification or a willingness to obtain one (we offer reimbursement!). Current CPR / AED certification (opportunities available for non-certified applicants). A passion for fitness and a drive to help others succeed. Availability to work in-person during weekdays and weekends. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Effective time management and organizational abilities. Basic computer and technology skills. A friendly, energetic, and respectful demeanor. Compensation for time spent in internal education to support your growth. Your Key Responsibilities
As a valued member of our team, you will :

Build and maintain an active client base.
Conduct fitness assessments and guided workouts.
Participate in Continuing Education classes to elevate your expertise.

Compensation and Benefits
Pay Transparency : Earn between $39.50 and $94.00 per session, plus $16.50 / hr for non-session work, with opportunities for additional bonuses!
