Job Requirements

As a Front Desk Agent, you are the first point of contact for our guests and play a vital role in delivering top-notch service that exceeds expectations. Your responsibilities will include :

• Warmly greeting and welcoming guests upon arrival to create a positive and lasting first impression.
• Efficiently handling check-ins and check-outs with a focus on accuracy and guest satisfaction.
• Managing reservations, responding to guest inquiries, and resolving any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby area.
• Providing accurate information about the hotel, rooms, rates, Hilton Honors program, and amenities.
• Accurately processing payments, managing cash transactions, and balancing your cash drawer.
• Coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure timely room readiness and guest satisfaction.
• Upholding Hilton brand standards and promoting a service culture that delights our guests.
• Supporting your team and contributing to a safe, respectful, and positive work environment.
• Performing other duties as assigned to support hotel operations.
