This is a fast-moving, independent sales role designed for someone who excels at building relationships and driving revenue. You’ll focus on prospecting, selling, and growing your book of business, while a dedicated operations team handles sourcing trucks, tracking, and billing.
Remote Freight Broker Benefits and Compensation :
Monthly commission structure :10% of GM between $10,001–$20,000

2+ years of inside sales experience in third-party logistics (3PL)Required : Existing FTL book of businessProven ability to generate your own leads and build lasting client relationshipsSkilled at quoting freight, pricing shipments, and closing dealsStrong understanding of market capacity and rate negotiationRemote Freight Broker Preferred Background & Skills :
