Engagement Manager

We are looking for someone to lead the coordination and resolution of unplanned work by identifying root causes, delivery blockers, and operational misalignments affecting execution velocity.

Streamline intake and prioritization workflows to manage unplanned demand and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Partner with stakeholders and Product Owners to refine OKRs, assess team capacity, and document Tiger Team outcomes tied to strategic impact.

Develop and maintain reporting visuals to improve transparency, support decision-making, and surface quick wins and automation opportunities.

Continuously update the Playbook to reflect workflow enhancements and lessons learned from managing unplanned work.
