Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
An opportunity is available for a dedicated Special Education Teacher to support elementary students in a focused learning environment. This role involves working with a small class of 14 students with an emphasis on behavior management and individualized support. The position is based in Pendleton, SC, and spans the full school year under a contract arrangement.
Key Responsibilities :
- Deliver personalized instruction tailored to the unique needs of each student in the special education setting.
- Implement behavior-focused strategies to foster a positive and supportive classroom atmosphere.
- Collaborate closely with para support staff to enhance student engagement and learning outes.
- Monitor student progress and adjust educational plans as necessary.
- Maintain clear munication with families and support teams to ensure prehensive student support.
Qualifications and Experience :
