A company is looking for a Total Rewards Analyst to assist in the development and administration of compensation programs.
Key Responsibilities :
Conducts salary surveys and analyzes results for market competitiveness, recommending necessary adjustments
Researches market data, prepares cost analysis, and maintains reports on classification and pay grade recommendations
Serves as a resource to HR staff and managers on compensation policies and assists in job evaluations and revisions
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Human Resources or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in compensation for a multi-state organization
Well versed in wage and hour laws including FLSA
Experience in designing, implementing, and administering incentive programs preferred
Advanced in Microsoft Excel required
