We are seeking a motivated and experienced

• Bankruptcy Attorney
• to join our expanding
• Chapter 11 department
• . This attorney will represent both individuals and businesses in reorganization, guiding clients through Chapter 11 complexities with a strategic and hands-on approach.
• Responsibilities
• Represent individuals and companies in Chapter 11 reorganization cases.
• Manage all aspects of case strategy, pleadings, hearings, and negotiations.
• Collaborate with paralegals and support staff on document collection, MORs, and fee applications.
• Communicate directly with clients, trustees, and courts to ensure smooth case management.
• Contribute to department growth and profitability through strong leadership and innovative legal strategies.
• Qualifications
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in Florida (additional bar admissions are a plus).
• 2+ years of bankruptcy experience, preferably in Chapter 11 practice.
• Strong drafting, research, and oral advocacy skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a client-first approach.
• Ability to lead, mentor, and collaborate with both in-office and remote staff.

Pay : $84,255.00 - $113,346.00 per year
