Position Overview :

Sabira Collection is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Warehouse Manager to oversee all branch distribution operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and order fulfillment. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and has extensive experience in inventory management and warehouse operations. This role is responsible for driving efficiency, maintaining high safety and quality standards, and leading a team to achieve operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee daily warehouse operations, including the receipt, storage, and shipment of goods.

Implement and monitor effective inventory management practices to ensure accuracy and integrity.

Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient warehouse environment.

Lead, train, and develop warehouse staff to build a strong, collaborative team.

Create work schedules

Collaborate with other teams to integrate logistics with business systems and processes (e.g., customer sales, order management, accounting, shipping).

Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to optimize picking and storage processes while maintaining real-time data accuracy.

Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring compliance with shipping regulations and optimal space utilization.

Partner with the operations and e-commerce teams to support business growth and seasonal demand fluctuations.

Communicate with vendors, clients, employees, and company leadership to ensure all areas of the company are working together cohesively

Requirements :

• 3+ years of experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar operations role, preferably within a small business, retail, or e-commerce environment.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Proficiency with computers and warehouse / inventory software (e.g., Shopify backend, Excel, shipping platforms).
• Solid understanding of warehouse Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Proven leadership skills with experience managing and developing staff through coaching and feedback.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Bilingual (English / Spanish) strongly preferred to effectively communicate with a diverse team.
• Physical ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
