A high-growth energy technology company in Houston is hiring an experienced Aero Repair & Manufacturing Manager to lead its turbine repair and advanced manufacturing operations. The business supports the energy transition sector and has invested heavily in site capabilities, featuring superalloy welding, multi-axis machining, HVOF coatings, NDT testing, and reverse engineering.

This role requires strong leadership, deep technical understanding of turbine components, and the ability to scale a highly technical facility. You'll be responsible for driving capability growth across repair, production, and R&D programs while mentoring cross-functional teams and supporting commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a cross-functional team across inspection, repair, manufacturing, and engineering
• Drive operational performance and continuous improvement in quality, cost, delivery, and safety
• Oversee all site processes, KPIs, planning activities and resource management
• Lead expansion of repair capabilities through training, tooling, new equipment commissioning and process development
• Support reverse engineering and production of gas turbine parts, including hot gas path components
• Work closely with supply chain and materials teams to develop in-house manufacturing capabilities
• Provide senior technical leadership and mentoring across a multi-disciplinary team
