About the Opportunity :

Northwest Talent Solutions is proud to partner with a leading aerospace and defense manufacturer in the search for an accomplished Manufacturing Manager . This is a critical, high-impact leadership opportunity to develop, optimize, and scale manufacturing processes for cutting-edge circuit card assemblies and electronic systems that power mission success.

If you're passionate about technical precision, process innovation, and mentoring teams in a high-mix, low-volume production environment , this role offers the chance to lead with purpose in one of the industry's most respected environments.

What You'll Do :

Lead and develop a team of Manufacturing Technicians and Engineers , driving performance in quality, output, and safety.

Oversee qualification of new processes and implement continuous improvement across mature product lines.

Define and document manufacturing procedures, time standards, and cost efficiencies .

Spearhead new equipment evaluation and automation initiatives to enhance throughput and consistency.

Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Quality, and Operations to resolve issues and deliver excellence.

Own automated manufacturing cells reducing labor variation and strengthening process control.

Support NC programming, tooling, and fixture design , ensuring manufacturability at every stage.

Champion a culture of safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.

What You Bring :

5+ years in manufacturing or process engineering, with 3+ years of people leadership experience.

Expertise in circuit card assembly and sensitive electronics manufacturing.

Working knowledge of IPC and NASA standards.

Proven success improving manufacturing systems from raw material to finished goods.

Exceptional communication and influence skills across all levels.

Preferred : Six Sigma / Lean Certification and hands-on experience with SMT programming.

Compensation & Benefits :

$140,000$155,000 annual base salary
