A company is looking for an IT Support Engineer to provide technical assistance and support.
Key Responsibilities
Write scripts and automate repetitive support tasks using programming languages
Provide remote tech support and troubleshoot various equipment and network gear
Act as a cybersecurity defender, addressing threats and tracking issues in Zendesk
Required Qualifications
2+ years troubleshooting Windows / Mac issues, preferably in real-time environments
2+ years experience with at least one programming language and working with APIs
Familiarity with AI concepts and tools, including automation and workflow systems
Solid understanding of networking and security basics, including TCP / IP and firewalls
High emotional intelligence and a sense of humor are essential
