Your Role
As our Talent Acquisition Specialist , you’ll own the hiring funnel. You’ll source, screen, and move candidates from application to interview, making sure our team always has strong players ready when needed.
This is a part-time role (15–25 hours per week) with flexibility in your schedule, but we expect consistent daily activity.
What You'll Do
- Write and post job descriptions on Indeed, LinkedIn, and niche platforms
- Proactively source candidates through outreach and networking
- Run initial screening calls and score candidates against clear criteria
- Keep candidates warm with follow-ups and clear communication
- Schedule interviews with team leads and coordinate the process
- Report weekly on pipeline activity (candidates sourced, screened, interviews set, hires made)
- Build a bench of talent for future roles
- Support employer brand by making reFOCUS a place people want to work
What You'll Bring
