About the Job

You will be aligned with our long-standing client as a OneStream Technical Consultant. The candidate should be aware of the latest industry trends relevant to domain and technology.

Title : OneStream Technical Consultant

Location : New York or New Jersey (Day one onsite)

Position : Contract to hire (C2H)

Job Description :

  • Experience in building metadata, business rules, forms, designing cube views, workflow, performing data reconciliation, building custom rules and reports.
  • Understanding of finance business processes, specifically around close, consolidation, and financial planning and analysis.
  • Experience with programming in VB.Net and / or Python, with knowledge of RDBMS systems such as SQL Server.
  • Understanding of cloud-based SaaS and PaaS offerings.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Preferred :

  • Experience with end-to-end implementations in OneStream.
  • Ability to build application models that package specific planning processes (e.g., sales forecasting, financial planning, workforce planning).
  • Experience in creating Business Rules – including custom consolidations, intercompany eliminations, automating cash flow, custom translations, and currency overrides.
  • Experience in preparing deliverables such as design documents, test documentation, training materials, and administrative guides.
