Responsibilities

• Leads cross-functional process improvement projects to drive business benefits
• Works with business functions to develop and implement LSS methodologies to identify and deliver opportunities for continuous improvement
• Leads transformation projects and assists other business stakeholders and leaders to drive improvement in process metrics, targeted financial benefits, and achieve company goals
• Works in coordination with leadership to analyze, monitor and assess critical activities affecting business measures, organizational guidance, and developmental processes
• Performs moderate to complex analysis of business goals, objectives and needs within the general business environment
• Identifies potential risks & issues relating to the delivery of projects and manage a resolution process in a timely manner
• Assist with data analysis, conclusions and presentations related to LSS project discoveries and findings
• Provides program leadership to drive financial process transformation using LSS methodologies
• Monitors and analyzes the effectiveness of Lean Six Sigma project work vs goals and objectives, and corporate expectations, and take appropriate action to improve performance as indicated
• Mentor and coach Green Belts, SMEs, and team members.
• Support Black Belts and Green Belts in the certification process
• Provides training in Lean and Six Sigma concepts.
