Position Overview : We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at our 20-room boutique hotel. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all guest rooms and public areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and presentation, delivering a warm and personalized experience for each guest.

Key Responsibilities :

• Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to hotel standards.
• Make beds, change linens, replace towels, and restock guest amenities.
• Dust, vacuum, mop floors, and clean windows and mirrors.
• Inspect rooms for maintenance needs or safety hazards and report them promptly.
• Ensure that all cleaning equipment and supplies are used and stored safely.
• Maintain a friendly, courteous, and professional demeanor when interacting with guests.
• Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures.
• Assist with laundry operations, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens.
• Uphold confidentiality and security of guest information and hotel property.
• Support the small-team environment by assisting colleagues when needed.
