Clozd is looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our growing team! As a key player in shaping the future of our company, you will partner closely with our Sales, Client Services, Product / Engineering, and Marketing teams to source, screen, and hire top-tier talent. This role is not just about filling roles—it's about building a world-class team and influencing our overall talent strategy for our teams at Clozd. As a member of our people team, you’ll have the unique opportunity to collaborate in the development of core HR functions, from recruiting and onboarding to crafting a holistic employee experience at Clozd. This role will report to our Head of People and is an in-office role in Lehi, UT.
