Job Description
The isolved Recruiter will work hand in hand with the Lead Recruiter to make sure all quotas and goals are obtained for their roles. The recruiter will work with managers to determine and forecast hiring needs and be responsible for overseeing the recruiting process for all departments they are helping hire for. The recruiter will need to have a strong background in recruiting high volume and difficult to fill roles.This position requires extensive knowledge of the Information Technology domain, including product knowledge, customer service, and other desirable skillsets. Proven knowledge and expertise in all sourcing methods, including recruiting research, cold calling, warm calling, and internet recruiting is required. The candidate must have a solid track record of successfully sourcing and placing hard-to-find candidates. Experience using staffing systems and tools, including Applicant Tracking Systems, the internet, and job boards is essential. Ideal candidate will be very web savvy, especially with LinkedIn and search engines. It is critical that the candidate is a confident self-starter with strong communication skills as well as an ethical, results-oriented work style.

This position follows a hybrid schedule, with team members expected to work in-office three days per week (Tuesday through Thursday) at one of our office locations : Charlotte, NC; Phoenix, AZ; Sandy, UT; Springfield, MA; Freemont, IN or Dubuque, IA.
