Paralegal, Capital Markets

A company is looking for a Paralegal specializing in Capital Markets.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation, review, and organization of documentation for structured finance transactions

Draft governance documents and support compliance with contractual and regulatory obligations

Develop and manage trackers for transaction terms and reporting obligations to ensure compliance

Required Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of paralegal experience, preferably in capital markets or structured finance

Bachelor's degree required; Paralegal certification preferred

Strong knowledge of capital markets and corporate governance processes

Exceptional organizational and project management skills

Ability to work independently and proactively resolve issues
