Meade Engineering is seeking an Account Manager to strengthen and grow our client relationships in the data center and construction sectors. In this critical role, you'll be the bridge between our technical teams and valued customers, ensuring excellence in service delivery and long-term client satisfaction.

This role requires prior experience in the MEP, AEC, or a related technical industry to ensure familiarity with the workflows, terminology, and project environments common to our work.

What You'll Do :

• Manage client relationships for a portfolio of accounts.
• Understand client goals and technical needs to position Meade as a strategic partner.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and collaborate with teams to deliver tailored solutions.
• Ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams to exceed service expectations.
• Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and lead regular account reviews.
• Track client satisfaction and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
