Position Overview
We're looking for a CNC Machinist who can take ownership of projects from setup to inspection. You'll work directly with the founder and small team to produce high-quality prototype and low-volume production parts.
This is a hands-on role with real impact — your input will shape our workflows, quality standards, and company culture as we scale.
Responsibilities
- Set up, program (at the machine or CAM), and operate CNC mills and lathes.
- Read and interpret blueprints, CAD models, and GD&T drawings.
- Inspect and verify dimensions using precision measuring tools.
- Optimize toolpaths, feeds / speeds, and setups for efficiency and finish.
- Collaborate on process improvements, fixturing, and workflow standardization.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-first work environment.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience as a CNC Machinist (setup, operation, and light programming).Strong understanding of G-code, tool selection, and work offsets.Experience with Fusion 360, Mastercam, or similar CAM software preferred.Comfortable with both prototyping and short-run production.Passion for precision, problem-solving, and continuous learning.What We Offer
