Key Responsibilities
Partner with leadership to shape Total Rewards programs that attract and retain talent
Provide consultative leadership on global compensation decisions and policies
Lead the design and implementation of global benefits programs and ensure compliance with regulations
Required Qualifications
10+ years of Total Rewards experience in a global organization
Minimum 5 years of team leadership experience in compensation and benefits
Experience with Compensation Committee processes and / or in a Private Equity backed or public company environment
Strong business acumen with a focus on equity compensation
Deep knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements
