Crew Leader (Custodial)

Bargaining Unit Status : Bargaining Unit ITPEU, OPEIU Local 4873

Full-Time (hours per week) : 40

Educational Qualifications : High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Experience Qualifications :

• At least one years' experience in a custodial operations facility or comparable setting
• Additional Preferred Qualifications : N / A
• Certification or equivalent preferred in N / A (enter N / A if not applicable to this position) : N / A
• Working knowledge of computer operations, such Microsoft Word, and completion of spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel.

Immediate Supervisor : Zone Supervisor

Positions Supervised (or Team Lead responsibilities, if applicable) : Lead duties include responsibility for work assignments and oversight for up to fifteen custodians.

Job Responsibilities Summary :

Cleans and keeps work sites, restrooms, and exterior areas of offices, shops, and other occupied areas in orderly condition in accordance with contract requirements. Responsible for assigning and oversight of work by personnel assigned to the individual's area of responsibility. Performs daily inspection of assigned areas, including outside buildings. Makes independent decisions, and ensures that all necessary corrections are made, seeking support from next level management as necessary to ensure that services performed are in accordance with contract requirements and company policy.
